Sales Policy:

All sales are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No Checks please.

Shipping and Handling:

Ground -$15 or 10% (whichever is greater)

2nd Day or International - $25 or 20% (whichever is greater)

Orders received after 1PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the following business day.

All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Imprinted orders will ship out in three business days.

Return Policy:

Brochures - Unopened non-imprinted brochure packages may be returned for full credit (not refund) within 20 days of their invoice date.

Messages-On-Hold - Systems may be returned for full credit (not refund) when returned in their original packaging within 20 days of their invoice date.

CDs and Custom Recordings are not returnable.

All returns incur a $25 re-stocking fee.
